General terms & conditions of sales, cancellations & payment

1) For cancellations more than 72 hours before arrival date, no cost
of cancellation.

2) For cancellations between 72 hours and 24 hours before arrival date,
50% of the anticipated total amount of the stay will be charged.

3) For cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival date or noshow,
100% or the total amount of the stay will be invoiced.

All changes or cancellations of the reservation should be sent
by mail, e-mail or fax and confirmed in return.

1) The total amount owed for each stay shall be paid on the day
of departure.

2) If a voucher is used the payment should be us at hand 30 days
after reception of invoice.
